Responsibilities
- Architect & Implement: Design and build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Next.js/Nuxt).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices across the team.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and optimal Core Web Vitals.
- Component Library: Develop and maintain reusable UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and modern CSS (Tailwind CSS, SCSS).
- Frameworks: Experience with server-side rendering frameworks (Next.js or Nuxt.js) is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficient with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
