Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices for the 2026 core engine using cloud-native technologies.
- Optimize deep learning inference pipelines for real-time decision making and low-latency response.
- Lead code reviews and establish strict best practices for distributed systems and data security.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements for the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive technical innovation by integrating cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks into the core stack.
- Debug complex system-level issues and ensure high availability of the 2026 platform infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or high-scale distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex software products from concept to deployment.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
