Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume transactional data in ERP systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial records with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate and analyze daily performance reports for department heads
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless data synchronization
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent critical errors
- Train junior staff on proprietary data management systems
- Manage confidential client information with HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software
- Typing speed of 85+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
