Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify complex financial, inventory, and customer data into proprietary databases
- Perform nightly reconciliation of multi-source datasets with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality handling sensitive client information under HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily data quality reports and identify trends requiring process improvements
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods for seamless operations
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and SQL queries for data manipulation
- Adhere to SOX compliance standards for audit documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Previous night shift or 24/7 environment experience preferred
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rates below 0.1%
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data validation protocols
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- CompTIA Data+ certification or equivalent technical credential
