Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume data across multiple platforms
- Perform real-time data reconciliation with zero-tolerance error margins
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports for executive review
- Implement advanced data validation protocols to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight handovers
- Optimize data workflows using proprietary automation tools
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and GDPR standards
- Train junior staff on proprietary data systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-stakes data entry environments
- Proven 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools
- Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills during off-peak operational hours
- Experience with ETL processes and API integrations
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
