Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-performance inference on distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and model versioning.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate new frameworks and libraries to keep our technology stack at the bleeding edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience deploying models to high-traffic production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
