Qualifications
- Master's degree in Library Science or related field (preferred) or Bachelor's with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in MARC cataloging, OCLC, and ILS systems (Koha preferred)
- Proven record in grant writing and securing cultural funding
- Advanced knowledge of metadata standards and digital preservation
- Strong bilingual proficiency (Spanish or Hmong highly valued)
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers in library settings
