As the IT Manager, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring our infrastructure scales with our growth. You will be responsible for optimizing our cloud environments, leading a talented team of developers, and driving digital initiatives that enhance our customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations and strategic planning of the IT department.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure migration to AWS and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of developers and system administrators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define technical requirements.
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Manage vendor relationships and budget allocation for IT resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or software development leadership.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience in enterprise software architecture and system integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within San Antonio.
