- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech implications across AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early trend detection
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning Nexus as a future-focused leader
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in modeling long-term tech adoption cycles (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Experience publishing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented future-strategy initiatives
