Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive strategic vision and roadmap for the company leading up to the year 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Identify, analyze, and integrate emerging technologies and market trends to drive competitive advantage and innovation.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot future-state solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and market viability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-level initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for R&D initiatives focused on long-term growth.
- Agile Implementation: Establish frameworks for agile adaptation to ensure the organization remains flexible as the future landscape evolves.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of delivering long-term visions.
