Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary foresight initiatives to map technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and executive innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author industry-shaping whitepapers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Experience building and managing global innovation ecosystems
