Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies and business models
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on emerging opportunities and risks
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics for tracking technological adoption and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformation scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
