Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2030
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into core offerings
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, academics, and innovation partners
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social factors influencing technology adoption
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
