Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications post-2025
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future workforce automation paradigms
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios for next-gen infrastructure projects
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech R&D
- Published research on 4IR technologies or socio-technical transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Horizon Scanning methodologies
