Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging market disruptions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Oversee the Horizon Innovation Lab's prototyping pipeline for 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
