- Advolve emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) into client transformation strategies
- Maintain proprietary Horizon Scanning database with 200+ validated trend indicators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic foresight projects
