Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers on AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into core offerings
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking strategic initiatives against 2026 milestones
- Present strategic vision to investors, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional development
