Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating breakthrough innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Facilitate futures-thinking workshops with C-suite executives and global research partners
- Author white papers on paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Build innovation pipelines for quantum-secured communications and decentralized governance systems
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and tech policy forums
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our FutureCraft accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of prototyping exponential technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of Singularity University frameworks and Long Bets methodology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPS) or equivalent
- Published work in IEEE Spectrum or similar futurist publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu.io, foresight platforms)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects launched in the last 5 years
