Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce thought leadership content including trend reports and predictive frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with futurist networks and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario development
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or publications
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
