Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends through 2030
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for business transformation
- Partner with R&D to integrate exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Drive innovation workshops across global teams to cultivate future-ready mindsets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist roles
