Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into real-world products
- Develop and maintain quantum simulation frameworks for algorithm testing
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and industry publications
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum research
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
