- Build quantitative models forecasting market adoption curves for emerging technologies
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio evaluating 200+ annual proposals
- Represent the company at Davos, World Economic Forum, and premier future-tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience leading global teams across 5+ continents with cultural fluency
