Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Present trend analyses to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data-driven forecasting models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-winning strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend mapping methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech
