As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to shape the next decade of technological and societal advancement. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning documents
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation initiatives
- Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive and technical audiences
- Global perspective with cross-cultural experience preferred
