Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly Vision Briefings for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs for early technology adoption
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable energy systems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global stakeholder engagement
