Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Present trend analyses to executive leadership and product development teams
- Design innovation frameworks for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using agile methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional partnerships with engineering/design teams
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and speak at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into market-ready products or services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex future-state visualizations and strategy documents
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
