Responsibilities

- Present futuristic concepts to executive stakeholders and translate complex theories into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for 2026 tech policy influence
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-generation human-machine interaction systems
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, tech forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed futuristics journals or recognized industry white papers
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and policymakers
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic concepts
