Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing successful long-term strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools and quantitative modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published research in futurism or strategic foresight (academic or industry)
- Experience with global cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments
