Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future-proof business strategies
- Author executive briefings and trend reports influencing $1B+ investment decisions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development roadmaps
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in global technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, renewable energy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
