Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives identifying emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Translate complex future scenarios into strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work, climate resilience, and human-machine symbiosis
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of published future forecasts with measurable industry impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing corporate strategy
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle) and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of accurate future trend predictions
