Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models using AI/ML to quantify impact of emerging innovations on business verticals
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on future-proofing opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to align technology roadmaps with predicted industry disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizational resilience strategies
- Monitor patent filings, policy changes, and academic research for early innovation signals
- Present findings to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Data Science, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, market research, or technology trend analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
