Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives analyzing global tech trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend briefs, horizon reports, and innovation workshops
- Represent the company at premier global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record translating complex tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence for stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and quantitative trend analysis platforms
