Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technological adoption, identifying key trends like Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Neuromorphic engineering to stay ahead of the curve.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient cloud architectures that can handle the demands of next-generation applications.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI/ML models into core business processes to drive automation and efficiency.
- Prototype Emerging Tech: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging hardware and software solutions for upcoming product cycles.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols to ensure system integrity and scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Spatial Computing environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Quantum Computing basics) into production environments.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Professional certifications preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
