Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions.
- API Integration: Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to expand application capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, or Angular.
- Backend Skills: Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or similar server-side languages.
- Databases: Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
