Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to adapt to flexible working hours and remote work environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
