As a key member of our engineering squad, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our web applications, from initial design to deployment and maintenance. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to ensure fast load times and high user engagement.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
