Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
