Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap specifically focused on readiness for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and pilot of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Edge Computing) intended for mass deployment by 2026.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures that meet the security and performance demands of 2026.
- Future-Proofing: Identify potential technical debt and legacy system risks that could hinder operations in 2026 and implement mitigation strategies.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value propositions for the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT Strategy and Engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5+ year horizons).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), AI/ML pipelines, and Microservices architecture.
- Forecasting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to predict market trends and prepare the organization for the technological shifts of 2026.
- Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and stakeholders.
