Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through clear, visual dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
- Optimize database queries to improve system performance and reporting speed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience working with large datasets (big data) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
