Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements.
- Produce high-level data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track performance trends.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data warehousing systems.
- Lead ad-hoc data investigations and provide clear, concise reporting to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
