Responsibilities
- Lead daily client interactions via phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Analyze client health scores and proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate user feedback.
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding processes for new evening clients.
- Document detailed case studies and success metrics to drive team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
