Responsibilities
- Execute flawless POS transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Manage high-volume cash handling and reconciliation processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies with diplomacy
- Operate advanced retail technology systems including inventory management and payment processing
- Train junior staff on cash handling protocols and customer engagement best practices
- Maintain pristine checkout area appearance and security protocols
- Contribute to daily sales reporting and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume cashier experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality
