Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide top-tier customer service by greeting shoppers and offering friendly, knowledgeable assistance with product selection.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Inventory Support: Assist with restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and managing inventory displays.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and minor issues with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations during busy weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience is welcome).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated candidates.
