The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Engineer to lead the development of our Layer 2 scaling protocols and smart contract ecosystem. You will be instrumental in defining the technical roadmap and ensuring the security and scalability of our core products. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Optimize gas efficiency and ensure high throughput for Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Collaborate with security teams to conduct rigorous code reviews and penetration testing.
- Build and maintain robust RPC nodes and indexing infrastructure.
- Contribute to the open-source ecosystem and drive protocol upgrades.
- Guide junior engineers and establish best practices for smart contract development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in blockchain/Web3.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Experience with Rust or Go for backend infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and consensus mechanisms.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade smart contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
