Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, latte, pour-overs)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of coffee station and equipment
- Manage inventory and assist with receiving/supplies ordering
- Train and mentor new baristas on brewing techniques and customer engagement
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal beverage menus
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience with espresso certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
