Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine hygiene standards across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Collaborate in remote team meetings for inventory management and operational planning
- Contribute to digital content creation showcasing new coffee innovations and brewing techniques
- Participate in community outreach events to build local brand awareness

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proficiency in espresso machines, pour-over techniques, and milk texturing
- Strong remote communication skills with reliable internet access
- Availability for flexible in-store shifts (evenings/weekends) and remote hours
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems
- Passion for coffee education and willingness to learn virtual engagement strategies
