Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Mentor junior staff on coffee mastery, customer service excellence, and operational best practices
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure peak performance
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promote featured products through engaging storytelling
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness standards across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and creativity, building lasting loyalty
- Collaborate with kitchen team to create seamless food-beverage pairings
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience with advanced latte art skills
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven leadership ability in training and mentoring service teams
- Exceptional communication skills with a flair for creating memorable customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
