Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor critical infrastructure deployments during off-peak hours (evenings and weekends).
- Conduct high-level code reviews and architectural troubleshooting for the development team.
- Provide real-time technical support and escalations for complex backend issues.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure zero downtime during release cycles.
- Maintain and improve documentation for evening operations procedures.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot latency issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Backend Development (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Proven ability to work effectively during evenings and weekends.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
