Responsibilities
- Master complex espresso techniques and specialty brewing methods
- Develop seasonal menu innovations using premium local ingredients
- Mentor junior baristas on advanced coffee craftsmanship
- Ensure flawless execution of all beverage recipes and presentation
- Curate customer experiences through personalized service and coffee education
- Manage inventory of premium single-origin beans and artisanal syrups
- Maintain immaculate equipment and workspace hygiene standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced certification
- Expertise in latte art and espresso extraction techniques
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced premium environment
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain immediately
