Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security protocols and ensure facility safety standards
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless service transitions
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for flexible evening/weekend schedules (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (if required for location duties)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
